The Care Home 

Park House is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide residential or respite care for 29 residents.

The hands-on Owners have been at the Home in excess of 30 years and have been the Registered Managers for in excess of 20. Care is provided by an experienced team of staff many of whom have worked alongside the Managers for over 15 years. Training is ongoing and all staff are formally supervised on a regular basis.

The Care team provide a robust pre-admission assessment to ensure that the move from Home into residential care is as smooth as possible. A Care package is tailored to suit each individual and will become the Care Plan. This will detail in writing how we will meet individual personal, health and social needs. Care Plans are reviewed monthly or whenever there is a change.

Social needs are met by providing an environment that is safe, stimulating and supportive. Residents are encouraged to join in with the many activities, whether it be the board games, quizzes, church service and other events arranged by our Activities team. The hairdresser is in the Salon twice a week, monthly visits by our podiatrist to the treatment room and there is a host of other visiting professionals.

We provide residential care 24 hours a day in the homely and pleasant environment. With the assured charm of a private house all of the rooms are well appointed and have views over the enclosed courtyard, landscaped gardens or Cheshire countryside. Each room is decorated to a high standard with en-suite facilities. The rooms are fully furnished although many residents have brought their own furniture to ensure familiarity.

There is a full in-house laundry and housekeeping service.

All our food is freshly prepared on site and all dietary needs are catered for. You can choose to eat in the dining room or in the comfort of your own room.

For a small fee visiting family and friends have access to Park House ‘Guest Suite’ providing superb accommodation in the heart of our community.
